Frequently Asked Questions

General

  • Ado Productivity is a women's health and productivity brand built on occupational therapy principles. We run workshops, and partner with organizations on health promotion campaigns. Everything we do is grounded in science and designed for real women navigating real life.

  • Women across every life stage — and the employers, organizations, and practitioners who support them. Whether you're an individual looking for support or a company trying to better serve your team, there's a place for you here.

  • Most wellness programs treat symptoms. We treat systems. Ado is built on occupational therapy — a science that looks at the whole person, their roles, their environment, and what's actually getting in the way of them functioning at their best. We don't offer generic self-care advice. We offer evidence-based, women-specific programming that addresses the root causes of why women struggle to show up fully — at work and in life.
